Transcripts

Planning to attend SCC?

There are 3 methods to deliver you official transcript.

1. Electronic Delivery (preferred):
   1. Request your school send your official transcript directly to scc.transcripts@scc.spokane.edu
2. Mail:
   1. Have your school mail a sealed official transcript to:
      Spokane Community College
      Attn:  Transcripts
      1810 N Green St, MS 2150
      Spokane, WA  99217-5399
3. In Person:
   1. Bring a sealed official transcript to SCC’s Admissions or Transcripts Office in Building 15.

High School Completion Transcripts

• Order your official high school completion transcript using the High School Transcript Request Form. There is a $5 nonrefundable fee for official high school completion transcripts.  There is no fee for high school completion transcripts sent to SFCC.

GED Transcripts

• Visit www.ged.com to obtain your GED records.
• SCC does NOT hold any GED records.

Continuing Education Transcripts

• No fee is charged for Continuing Education transcripts. To complete a request for a copy of your Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) transcript use the CCE Transcript Request Form.

• No fee is charged for Adult Basic Education (ABE) transcripts for the ABE programs. To complete a request for a copy of your ABE transcript use the ABE Transcript Request Form. This form should not be used to order a high school transcript for the High School+ program.

Additional Information

• SCC does not fax official transcripts. Faxed transcripts received at SCC are considered unofficial.

• SCC does not provide an overnight or express processing service.

• Once transcripts are mailed from SCC, the college cannot assume responsibility or liability of the timely and/or accurate delivery of the United States Post Office.

• If you requested to pick up your order, you can do that in Building 15 within 3-5 business days. A valid picture ID is required for pick-up.
