The Veterans Quarterly Enrollment Form (QEF) is used to inform the SCC Veterans Office/School Certifying Official that a student is registered and requesting certification of their Chapter Benefits.
The QEF allows students to report updated Contact Information, Verify Current Degree Plan and VA Chapter Benefit.  
Students are required to initial all boxes related to Statements of Understanding and Report all requested Courses for Certification.
The QEF must be submitted each Quarter of Attendance that a Veteran Student is requesting to be Certified under their Chapter Benefit. If the QEF is submitted late, there will be a delay in processing. No certification will be processed if a QEF is not received.
