Program Overview
The Passport to Careers (P2C) program supports students who have enrolled in college by their 22nd birthday and have experienced Washington state foster care, the federal unaccompanied refugee minors’ program, tribal foster care, and unaccompanied homelessness. P2C helps identified students prepare for, attend, and succeed in college. Participants receive scholarships to make college more affordable and are provided with holistic advising in academic, career, financial, personal, and social matters to persist, engage, and succeed in college.
Passport to Careers Eligibility:
- Enrolled in college or an apprenticeship program
- Former foster youth in Washington state
- Unaccompanied homeless event happened during, prior, or current academic year
- Must be 22 or younger
- Completed FAFSA/WASFA
