- Complete a DSS Grievance Form.
- Submit the form to the DSS manager. You can hand deliver, mail, or email the form.

If you do not want to submit the grievance form, you can schedule a phone interview or a face-to-face interview instead. To schedule an interview, use the email address or phone number listed above.
Once the DSS director has received your grievance, they reviews it and then contacts you to talk about the grievance. They may ask you for more information, and talk to you about possible solutions.
If you are not satisfied with the dean's decision, you can file an appeal with the vice president of student services. You can contact the vice president at:
