If you’re approved for testing accommodations
Students with certain disabilities may need accommodations when taking tests. The Center for Students with Disabilities (DSS) helps students with proctored or monitored tests where the student's needs are met. DSS provides test monitoring, readers, scribes and a testing environment with fewer distractions. For more information about testing, visit the Testing and Assesment page for students with accommodations.
If you have any questions or would like more information regarding any of our services please feel free to contact our center at 509-533-7169 or email DSS@scc.spokane.edu.
The D.A.S. Testing Accommodation Overview Video explains the process of requesting and using your approved testing accommodations. It will also explain the various types of testing accommodations and what they mean. And the video includes information about what you will need to discuss with your instructors about your testing accommodations.
The SCC Testing Center Overview Video will provide you with all the information you will need to know about using the SCC Testing Center to schedule:
ex: quizzes midterm, and/or finals
