Opening day: Wednesday, October 2, 2024
Days/Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
*New Friday Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Espresso bar closed, drip coffee only

About Our Bakery

We have a full-service bakery operated by students in our Professional Baking program. Cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and espresso are produced for sale.

Open Fall, Winter and Spring quarter. Closed during the summer and holidays.
