The Bakery will open Wednesday, September 30.
Days/Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 7:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - noon.
Espresso bar closed until October 20, drip coffee will be available for purchase.

We have a full-service bakery operated by students in our Professional Baking program. Cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and espresso are produced for sale.
Open Fall, Winter, and Spring quarter. Closed during the summer and holidays.
