Are you interested in how our circulation system works? Do you want to work closely with physicians to diagnose and treat patients? Vascular technology is a growing field that might be for you.
Our vascular technology program will prepare you for a career as a vascular technologist, vascular sonographer or cardiovascular technologist. You will learn how to operate high-tech sonography equipment, perform vascular tests on patients to find abnormalities and develop a clinical understanding of major vascular diseases and disorders.
Learn to evaluate and interpret data and communicate with physicians, patients and the rest of the healthcare team. You’ll be prepared for a career in a hospital, clinic or lab setting.

The Vascular Technology program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee for Cardiovascular Technology, JRC-CVT, 6 Pine Knoll Drive, Beverly, MA 01915-1425; 978-456-5594.
Students within the vascular technology program are required to complete a six-month, full-time clinical internship.
