Seasons of Ink: Printmaking

Join us for a creative journey through the art of printmaking, a time-honored technique used by Chinese and Japanese artists and Impressionists like Mary Cassatt. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore linoleum block printing—a modern twist on traditional woodblock carving. Create unique cards, décor, or hand decorated gifts.

Geology of National Parks

Join Geologist and retired SCC Faculty Andy Buddington for his Geology of National Parks series. This series will explore the geology of some of our national parks with a focus on landscapes of the western U.S. From ancient rocks of over 2 billion years in age to volcanic regions, to the more recent glacially sculpted areas, you will investigate the beautiful landscapes and diverse geologic processes that represent the best of this great continent. Come explore the exciting geology of our National Parks!
