Ukulele: Introduction Plus

Tune and practice playing a ukulele in three 2-hour classes taught by Scott Hallett, founder of the Ukulele Players of the Palouse and member of the Palouse Area Fiddlers. A few chords will open the door to hundreds of songs!

Learn how to navigate the Windows operating system efficiently and confidently in “Microsoft Windows” offered by experienced faculty and professed computer nerd, Dan Hillman. Dan will share about current online threats, scams, and personal security issues along with how to recognize these threats and mitigate them in “Online Security and Safety for Beginners.” 

QiGong Fitness Class.

QiGong

Practice eight postures in “Balancing and Restoring Your Energy with QiGong” with Sifu Jim MacInnis and learn about the Six Taoist Healing sounds. From the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, “Qigong uses exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.”
