Parking Services at SCC

All campus parking is paid parking, either by meters or paid virtual permits. The Community Colleges of Spokane no longer require a plastic hang tag permit. A virtual permit is obtain by registering your vehicle license plate in the CCS parking management system https://ccs.nupark.com/portal and paying an appropriate fee to be authorized to park on a CCS facility or park and pay a parking meter. Individuals may purchase a day, monthly, quarterly, or annual (available for purchase only July 1st – December 31st) virtual permit, or parking at and paying a parking meter. There are a limited number of short-term visitor parking spaces.

A visitor is any person, excluding students, employees, vendors and invited guests who lawfully visit the campus for purposes, which are in keeping with the colleges' role as institutions of higher learning in the state of Washington.

Paid parking is enforced on Monday — Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
