Reserve a Study Room

To ensure study rooms are available for all students, please keep your request to a maximum of four hours and must not span multiple days. Multiple day requests or request that are longer than four hours, will be declined.

Call 509-533-8255 or email the SCC Library Checkout Desk to reserve a study room.

Study Room reservations are exclusively for SCC students. Community Members may use study rooms, on a drop-in basis, as rooms are available.

GED testing

Library study room 214 is available for GED testing. We can provide the room and a laptop to test with. The library is not an official GED testing center and library staff are not test proctors. However, we do provide this room and a laptop to test through an online proctored testing service, such as Pearson Vue.

If you intend to reserve the room for this purpose, please be sure your reservation begins at least 30 minutes prior to your test start time and your test does not extend beyond the library’s open hours.

We are not able to provide much support for testing. Please contact your testing service if you have questions.
