Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair

If you want an entry-level position as an automotive general service technician, this program can hep you gain the credentials you need.

In this program, you’ll learn what you need to know to take the test required to earn Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) G1 Certification. You’ll study brake and suspension systems and learn about alignment equipment and how to make basic adjustments.

  1. Working knowledge of the brake system and component identification.
  2. Working knowledge of the suspension system and component identification.
  3. Working knowledge of the alignment equipment and basic adjustments.
  4. Able to sit for the ASE G1 certification test.
