The National Society of Leadership and Success helps students discover and achieve their goals. The society offers life-changing lectures from the nation's leading presenters and a community where like-minded, success-oriented individuals come together and help one another succeed. The society also serves as a powerful force of good in the greater community by encouraging and organizing action to better the world.

The society is a national honor society that focuses on preparing students to be leaders. We use several services to help students, including a yearlong speaker series, leadership training, and Success Networking Teams. Once students become members, they are members for life and can use an array of resources throughout their lives for job seeking, interviewing, and preparation.

A student is required to attend at least three of the six speaker presentations throughout the year to become a full member. The presentations consist of speakers like Patch Adams, Jack Canfield, and Joe Martin. Topics include leadership, goal setting, and how to transition from college to career. These presentations are available as video conferences at two different times of day.

Our leadership training is video-based and focuses on exploring the student's challenges, strengths, and passions. It helps each student set up a personal plan to move forward in life.

Our Success Networking Teams are student-directed and are designed to encourage students working together to help each other achieve their personal goals. It is there as a support system throughout the year that gives different perspectives and ideas for solving problems and/or achieving personal goals.
