Qigong is a series of gentle slow movements and controlled deep breathing designed to counter the adverse effects of stress on your body. In addition, research shows that Qigong can also improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. This course is designed for all ages and can be done either sitting or standing, and all you need are comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. This class is taught by a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Licensed Massage Therapist who believes in the positive health benefits of Qigong and invites you to come give it a try! Fitness Level 1 2 3.
